Healthcare Privacy & Data Governance Policy

Effective: October 2026 • Statutory Healthcare Compliance

1. Patient Medical Information Redaction

AmbuRoute AI enforces strict role-based data partitioning. When emergency vehicles transit urban corridors, authorized municipal traffic police personnel receive only vehicle geolocation, corridor transit route, and arrival ETAs. Detailed patient clinical diagnoses, vital signs, and sensitive demographic data are never transmitted to traffic control terminals.

2. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Each hospital organization’s records are isolated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. No hospital administrator, dispatcher, or paramedic can access incident records, fleet rosters, or clinical data belonging to another healthcare organization.

3. Immutable Audit Logging

All critical system events—including emergency call creation, ambulance allocation, status transitions, traffic alert broadcasts, and payment webhooks—are permanently logged with timestamp, user identity, IP address, and cryptographic integrity checksums.

4. Data Minimization & Retention

Emergency incident records are subject to hospital-configured archival rules (30 days, 90 days, or 1 year) in accordance with applicable healthcare compliance mandates.
