Coordination Tool Disclaimer

AmbuRoute AI is an intelligent coordination platform. It does not replace statutory 102/108 emergency telephone dispatchers, official police authority, or paramedic clinical judgment. Traffic alerts are requests for mutual assistance and do not guarantee clear roads.

1. Permitted Institutional Use

Access is licensed solely to verified hospitals, healthcare institutions, authorized EMS fleet operators, and official traffic control departments. Unauthorized commercial scraping, spoofing of emergency alerts, or misuse of green wave requests is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

2. Lifetime License Fair-Usage Policy

The Perpetual Foundation (Lifetime) license grants non-exclusive, perpetual software access for up to 50 ambulances. Fair-use provisions allocate up to 36,000 priority dispatches per year. Lifetime licenses do not include unlimited third-party telephony SMS, map tiles, or dedicated external bandwidth without bound.

3. Deterministic Routing Baseline

AmbuRoute AI provides deterministic routing based on real road network topology. The platform distinguishes clearly between provider-verified baseline directions and experimental predictive traffic models.
